Heather was incredible to work with, taking the time and energy to help guide us to exactly what we wanted in a first home. I only wish we could buy endless homes, just to continue working with her! When we first started working with Heather, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted. We didn't! But with every conversation, she understood more and more about exactly what we wanted. There was a point where we got very heartbroken and discouraged so we took a break from the hunt, and she never questioned us for it. We returned back, looked at all kinds of houses that were all so different from the last, and searched endlessly. Then one night, she took a chance with our stubborness to send a house that we would've never looked at. When we stepped in, it immediately clicked with us that this was the one. And now we own it! There is truly no other agent that I would want by my side, especially when everything goes sideways. A week after we put in our offer to buy a home, the apartment we were living in caught fire. Our lives were thrown into chaos, but Leslie was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process. It all moved like a well-oiled machine. Our admittedly scattered minds were treated with warmth and patience through every step. We're now happy and comfy in our new home in record time.
