She went above and beyond in having the home beautifully furnished for showing, recommending service personnel to make repairs and supervising those repairs while we were out of town. Unfortunately, our house had plumbing, electrical, and roof issues during our 8 month process. During the 8 months, Heather was exceptional. Heather's ongoing advice was empathetic, prompt and professional. Sher was patient, caring, and honest with us during our inspections (multiple) and figuring out what the proper listing price. She is an excellent communicator and we couldn't ask for a better realtor.
