Unfortunately, our house had plumbing, electrical, and roof issues during our 8 month process. During the 8 months, Heather was exceptional. Heather's ongoing advice was empathetic, prompt and professional. Sher was patient, caring, and honest with us during our inspections (multiple) and figuring out what the proper listing price. She is an excellent communicator and we couldn't ask for a better realtor.

We are so grateful we chose Heather Shields and the Be New Orleans team to sell our house. This sale took a little longer than we anticipated, but Heather was there for us every step of the way, guiding us, supporting us, and keeping us encouraged throughout the process.
