Heather Shields brought her excellent and timely communication skills, her experience and in-depth market knowledge, her well-considered negotiation skills and brilliant negotiating style to our table during the sale of our wonderful property in Algiers Point, and it all mattered and helped with what was a tough process for us personally. She remained caring, conscientious, ethical and professional throughout the process and we felt as though we were represented by the VERY BEST person we could have chosen. She went above and beyond in having the home beautifully furnished for showing, recommending service personnel to make repairs and supervising those repairs while we were out of town. I NEVER ONCE wished for anything more in a realtor. I never once needed something done that Heather did not step up to take care of it. In fact, Heather constantly surprised me with what she was willing to do to help with the sale process.
