So we got to know Nabeel Ammari and when it was time we had heard so many good things that we knew he would be the right agent for us. Our old house had run down and it was time for an almost flip remodel so instead of spending so much into it we decided to start looking for a new house. Once we had that game plan down we contacted Nabeel to start looking for a house for us. We found a beautiful one in this crazy market but getting under contract with a contingency to selling our house was tough in this market. Nabeel had a great plan put together and he was able to write up a very competitive contract to get us under contract. Once we were under contract it was time to put our house up for sale. We got under contract with a price that was above our expectations so we were ecstatic and we were ready to go towards the close of our new house.
