Selling our house to purchase another one

So we got to know Nabeel Ammari and when it was time we had heard so many good things that we knew he would be the right agent for us. Our old house had run down and it was time for an almost flip remodel so instead of spending so much into it we decided to start looking for a new house. Once we had that game plan down we contacted Nabeel to start looking for a house for us. We found a beautiful one in this crazy market but getting under contract with a contingency to selling our house was tough in this market. Nabeel had a great plan put together and he was able to write up a very competitive contract to get us under contract. Once we were under contract it was time to put our house up for sale. Like I said we had a long way to getting the house ready, Nabeel connected us to people that would help us clean the house best we can and make it look good without remodeling the house. Once pictures were taken and it was listed the showing started coming in. We didn't hide anything so people knew the house would have to be remolded. We got under contract with a price that was above our expectations so we were ecstatic and we were ready to go towards the close of our new house. The whole stressful process was made easy by Nabeel and he guided us the whole way. We are very very happy and hope more people will use Nabeel, we loved him throughout the whole process!!!
