Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

Stacey sold our house of 28 years 3 years ago so of course I called her to find us a house since our rental was being sold from under us. Stacey showed us a variety of properties that met our very low budget and high expectations. Not only did she help us find a great house in a sparse market, she was always patient and kind.
