As a first time homebuyer the process was pretty scary trying to figure things out. Barb was amazing at not only taking time to call me on the phone for a half hour to teach me about buying real estate, but she was more responsive and professional than I could have ever asked for. She always went out of her way to get me showings anywhere I asked the same day I was interested. Barb also was great at connecting me with other resources required for the home-buying process. I would highly recommend her services to anyone going through the home-buying process in a heartbeat!

Todd has been our realtor since we were pursuit of a new home back in late 2014. The fact that he has been a builder himself at some point, clearly comes into play when he explains various facets of a home, or when he is reviewing what needs to be fixed in a rental property. Great communication skills and he always follows through on requests. He can keep you on your toes when it comes to selling property and you definitely do need someone like him to put sanity around the buyer's requests. I would pick him 10/10

Stacey sold our house of 28 years 3 years ago so of course I called her to find us a house since our rental was being sold from under us. Todd came highly recommended. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing.
