Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier. I can't say enough about Janine! She not only sold our house quicker than we thought would be possible but for more money than we thought we would get! Not only that, BUT she helped us find a place to rent! She was responsive and communicated through texts and even took us to see a place on a Sunday morning.
