Phil Lifshin helped us buy our home in the mid-1990’s, so when it came time to downsize nearly 25 years later we naturally went back to him for guidance in selling it. As with the purchase, having Phil as our agent made for a very successful selling experience. Phil worked with us over a 9-month period covering the full range of issues involved with selling a home. He advised us on improvements and updates that would make the house more marketable and, when asked, provided us with references to contractors for doing the work. He also performed several market analyses on comparable home listings and sales in our area, which was critical for setting a pricing and overall selling strategy. Later, Phil drew on his wealth of experience to advise us on options for staging the property. Once the home was ready to show, Phil produced a beautiful presentation with his choice of photographer, photo package and high-quality brochure. To add a personal touch, he recommended that we include a brief letter in the brochure describing our history with the home. Phil’s marketing generated a quite positive response and several attractive offers in the first two days our home was on the market. A contract was accepted soon after. Phil guided us though the final steps, including buyer inspection and attorney approval, and saw that the closing went smoothly. Stacey was an AMAZING realtor to work, we had such a fun time with her! As first time home buyers, it was a pretty stressful experience, but she put us right at ease! She was honest, knowledgeable and always available and willing to help or answer any questions we had at any time! We were genuinely sad to say goodbye to her after we closed on our home. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Teresa was great to work with when my husband and I were searching for our first home together. She was very patient as our core requirements shifted throughout the house buying process.
