His advice in handling negotiations was insightful and professional, and I totally believe that he always had my best interest as a priority. I liked that he would always return calls and texts immediately. Richard is a very personable, experienced, and knowledgeable professional and I recommend him most highly. I always trusted his judgment and appreciated his strong background in marketing, sales, and finance. I cannot think of anything he could have done more to enable the purchase to proceed more smoothly; it was truly a pleasure working with him and I would definitely reach out to him again were I to purchase another home.
