Michelle knows the housing market in my area very well, and used "tricks of the trade" to facilitate my sale and advised me of suggestions I could use to improve the salability of my home. She provided some staging of furnishings and conducted weekend open houses to attract buyers. She consistently communicated results of showings, and potential buyers' comments.
