Working with Bryan was fantastic! He provided suggestions, guidance, and expertise in getting our mom's house ready, listed, sold, re-listed, and re-sold. We were impressed with Bryan upon our first meeting. His professionalism and communication skills during the process were second to none, and he understood our position in how we wanted to sell the home. Karen did an exceptional job selling my house from start to finish. She took the time to explain the entire process in detail giving us specific examples of what to do to make our house most appealing to qualified buyers. Her goal was to help us get the best price we could with the best qualified buyers and she achieved this to perfection. She even talked me out of listing the house for too low a price by showing my wife and me what the market price for homes in my area was. Because of her hard work and research, we had 3 full price offers within the first 5 days the house was on the market. Karen then helped my wife and I select the offer that had the best overall terms and the most qualified buyers. Anytime a question of concern came up, Karen was right there to provide support and guidance. The sale closed ahead of schedule without any difficulty. My wife and I are beyond grateful for Karen's expertise and would readily recommend her to anyone buying of selling a home.

There aren't enough good things I can say about our experience working with Ashley. From the beginning, her thorough binder of local comps gave us a lay of the land immediately for selling our property. She was available at the drop of a dime and always there to help and give real-time updates on the sale status. Ashley was great, she was very patient with us and took her time at every showing we went to. very honest and would tell us what she thought about the home her opinion when we ask her what her thoughts were which for us was very important. Ashley was great with our kids also which i loved because we usually always had to bring them along. I would recommend her to all my friends in a heart beat. Actually my uncle will be using her to sell his home soon!

Julie is the utmost professional. I met Julie many years ago at an open house and was so impressed with her follow up that I knew one day when it was time to sell my house I would reach out to Julie. I called Julie and she came right out, did a masterful Market Analysis and put my house on the market and within less than a week she had my house sold to a qualified buyer.
