Karen did an exceptional job selling my house from start to finish. She even talked me out of listing the house for too low a price by showing my wife and me what the market price for homes in my area was. Because of her hard work and research, we had 3 full price offers within the first 5 days the house was on the market. Karen then helped my wife and I select the offer that had the best overall terms and the most qualified buyers.
