Todd came highly recommended. He understood the areas I was looking, and has a great eye for detail when looking at houses, identifying potential issues and having suggestions on improving what we're seeing. We had some issues with our seller, but Todd and his team put their shoulder to the wheel to make all the pieces fit together and we are now happily moved in. I can't say enough about Janine! She not only sold our house quicker than we thought would be possible but for more money than we thought we would get! Not only that, BUT she helped us find a place to rent! She was responsive and communicated through texts and even took us to see a place on a Sunday morning.
