Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier. He was prompt in responding to texts, calls, and emails, and always made my many questions feel important.

This is our 2nd time working with Lupe. She did amazing, as this time around she helped us with the sell and purchase of our home. Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

Randy was the perfect agent for us to list and sell our house. He was always available for us even when we got an offer and he and his wife were on a weekend trip in northern Wisconsin. He was there for us to negotiate and accept the offer. We would highly recommend him. He was the best!

First of all Luis is a delight to know. And great at what he does. He knew better than I did what I needed in a home and where it needed to be. I love my new house. Moreover, he knows his business. He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. He didn't shy away from making sure I did my part on time. He has good connections. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared.
