Denis is incredible and a huge help in every step of the purchasing process. We were moving from North Carolina to Illinois, and Denis and his team were incredibly patient, thorough, and listened to our "wants" in a house. His ability to understand what we were looking for helped us feel comfortable making offers without seeing anything in person. His honesty and sense of humor made the move across the country easier. This is our 2nd time working with Lupe. She did amazing, as this time around she helped us with the sell and purchase of our home. Danyel was great to work with. Initially we did not agree on the list price, but after seeing the comps, we agreed that Danyel's price was where we should be. Danyel gave us excellent advice on our course of action, even though changing course would have made her a better commission. She kept us informed of showings and inspections, and even recommended a handyman to take care of a few items that needed attention. We ended up selling for just under asking price in record time.

Randy was the perfect agent for us to list and sell our house. He was always available for us even when we got an offer and he and his wife were on a weekend trip in northern Wisconsin. He was there for us to negotiate and accept the offer. We would highly recommend him. He was the best!

Jamie took us through the process to sell our home and purchase another. She was terrific to work with. Jamie was able to provide guidance when we needed it. She was very responsive.
