First of all Luis is a delight to know. And great at what he does. He knew better than I did what I needed in a home and where it needed to be. I love my new house. Moreover, he knows his business. He knew the market, so he helped me submit an offer that was accepted right away. From then until closing --and after--everything went very smoothly. He didn't shy away from making sure I did my part on time. He has good connections. For example, he chose an excellent real estate attorney, inspection firm, etc. The closing went very smoothly because Luis anticipated every possible problem and made sure I was prepared. If I need to move again, I will definitely choose Luis.

He definitely knew the market and got us a better price than we thought we could get. He was very good at responding to questions and also provided us with updates through the whole process.
