We were able to knock some options off the list and spend the time together I had during my visit to view the homes that were more of what I was looking for. He made the whole process so easy. I feel Norm doesn't do this to just to sell a house. Rather, he genuinely cares about his clients, their needs and making sure they are comfortable with every part of their purchase. For me, he made sure to contact the HOA, get all my questions answered with them. He made sure I had the correct contact info for my electricity service, insurance options, and so much more. Kept us informed, kept us up to date on everything required to do. We are 5 hours away from the property we bought. Robin handled many things that we could not drive down to do.
