Norm did so much more than just find my new home

I made a move from up New England to Myrtle Beach. From the first time I spoke with Norm, I felt like he listened to what I was looking for, the location I wanted to be in, and my budget. But he did so much more than just find my perfect home. Norm, drove around, looking at places for me before I was able to come look for myself. We were able to knock some options off the list and spend the time together I had during my visit to view the homes that were more of what I was looking for. He made the whole process so easy. I feel Norm doesn't do this to just to sell a house. Rather, he genuinely cares about his clients, their needs and making sure they are comfortable with every part of their purchase. For me, he made sure to contact the HOA, get all my questions answered with them. He made sure I had the correct contact info for my electricity service, insurance options, and so much more. I could not be happier with my purchase and all the hard work Norm put in to make it happen. Not only do I have a great realtor, but also a new friend! I can't wait to make my next home purchase, so I can use Norm as my realtor! Thank you Norm.
