I'm so grateful for Tammie and the Brownlee Group as I was able to find a perfect home in this crazy market. I spent many months working with Tammie while she sold my townhome and helped me find a new home. Tammie was very responsive and timely with scheduling viewings on homes. She was able to negotiate the purchase of the home as well as any repairs needed. Tammie left me with some very useful housewarming items and checked in with me a few weeks after I moved in. I also had an opportunity to work with many individuals within the Brownlee Group. Everyone was professional and friendly. I am so happy I found the Brownlee Group and highly recommend Tammie and the team.

My wife and I were first time home buyers. Amina had a great and easy to understand system to help teach people about their options and what to expect from the process. She put a lot of effort into finding great houses and helping us find what we wanted and discover things we didn't even know we wanted. She's very flexible in her hours. She helped us get a loan that was better than anything we would've anticipated. She was a pleasure to be around for the entire process, can't sing her praises enough.
