Ken Brownlee has been a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams since 2007 specializing in residential, short sale, first-time homebuyers, and many more! You can often find Ken pulling pranks on his teammates or in his shop woodworking. He started his real estate exposure in the late 1980’s on the investment side while pursuing his career in insurance and financial planning. Through this exposure, it allowed him to gain the necessary skills and experience to transition into real estate full time. Ken has worked to acquire specialized designations as well to make the home-buying and selling process a positive experience for his customers. These designations include Certified Distressed Property Expert and E-PRO, which he uses to help market your properties. He loves the challenge of identifying solutions to problems in complex transactions and enjoys exploring ways to meet and exceed expectations. Growing up a Florida native, Ken is very familiar with Hillsborough County and surrounding areas.

Amazing Experience!

I'm so grateful for Tammie and the Brownlee Group as I was able to find a perfect home in this crazy market. I spent many months working with Tammie while she sold my townhome and helped me find a new home. Tammie was very responsive and timely with scheduling viewings on homes. She was able to negotiate the purchase of the home as well as any repairs needed. Tammie left me with some very useful housewarming items and checked in with me a few weeks after I moved in. Great experience with Ken

Ken’s professionalism and concern for us was very encouraging through a very challenging experience. He guided us through a number of issues that came up. The support office was always there for us to give ongoing information. We especially acknowledge Kelly for her incredible help and a wonderful personality.
