This home is not my first home in Florida and I can tell I never had that great experience with any other seller's realtor. All I can say, Howard deserves to have more than 5 stars here. Thank you!!!

I had asked Allie to give me an idea of what it would like to live in our desired neighborhood for the number of bedrooms we needed and she started sending us emails right away. Eventually, our ideal home appeared and she helped us get it.

I moved here from Calgary, Canada. I met Ron at a social event on NYE 2020. I informed him that I would be looking at a relocating to Tampa, Fl within the next 12 months. He was very patient and helpful. He guided and educated me on properties currently available. He was quick to tell the pros and cons of different properties and locations. He is professional and he truly cares about his clients. He helped me avoid costly mistakes. He was instrumental in the price negotiations. Then made sure that my interests were taken care off during the contract. I was planning on buying a house. Ron helped me buy a home!!! I cant recommend him highly enough!
