Ron Thompson

I moved here from Calgary, Canada. I met Ron at a social event on NYE 2020. I informed him that I would be looking at a relocating to Tampa, Fl within the next 12 months. He was very patient and helpful. He guided and educated me on properties currently available. He was quick to tell the pros and cons of different properties and locations. He is professional and he truly cares about his clients. He helped me avoid costly mistakes. He was instrumental in the price negotiations. Then made sure that my interests were taken care off during the contract. I was planning on buying a house. Ron helped me buy a home!!! I cant recommend him highly enough!

Ron was amazing. I had a bad experience with another Realitor before him so I was concerned especially since I knew I would be buying from a distance. I had to trust him for that process. He worked with me and my concerns from the previous bad experience walked me through everything in the process. He addressed all my concerns though the virtual walkthrough and really all around did an amazing job at building my trust and listening to my wants and needs. In the end I closed on a house I couldn’t be happier with. He even helped me pick up some essentials my first couple days at the new house.
