He was very patient and helpful. He guided and educated me on properties currently available. He was quick to tell the pros and cons of different properties and locations. Ron was amazing. I had a bad experience with another Realitor before him so I was concerned especially since I knew I would be buying from a distance. I had to trust him for that process. He worked with me and my concerns from the previous bad experience walked me through everything in the process. He addressed all my concerns though the virtual walkthrough and really all around did an amazing job at building my trust and listening to my wants and needs. In the end I closed on a house I couldn’t be happier with. He even helped me pick up some essentials my first couple days at the new house.

Ron is very professional and straightforward. He is at ease advising buyers and sellers what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear. Excellent followup, changing directions if necessary and tenacious when receiving mixed signals from the other side of the transaction. The most recent transaction, a home sale, experienced multiple delays caused by either the buyer or lender -- or both. Ron was able to break through the rhetoric, talk to the appropriate principals to learn precisely what was occurring behind the scenes, and then advising me, thus lowering my frustration level. Ron has a natural marketing-oriented thought process and ability to communicate with different types. His knowledge of the real estate market is excellent. I highly recommend Ron.
