We were looking for a specific floorplan but were not able to find one available, so Neidre kept looking and sent us updates over several months. She kept in touch with us and called one day with multiple options she found that had that floorplan in the area we wanted to live. We found the perfect home that had been eluding us for a while, and after we saw it she helped us make a decision on what to offer. We made the initial offer, and it was accepted, at the same time she worked with us to list our current house, she had a photographer come out, and she made the process smooth. We had a lot of showings due to her staging recommendations and received multiple offers. We sold for the price we wanted and purchased our new house for what we expected to get it for.
