We were looking for a specific floorplan but were not able to find one available, so Neidre kept looking and sent us updates over several months. She kept in touch with us and called one day with multiple options she found that had that floorplan in the area we wanted to live. She sent us a side by side comparison of each property with as much information on each one as you could ask for, and she went and took photos of the properties based on what she knew about the things we felt important in a home. So, we were able to look at the pictures and information to decide which ones we wanted to see, it made the process so much easier. We found the perfect home that had been eluding us for a while, and after we saw it she helped us make a decision on what to offer. We made the initial offer, and it was accepted, at the same time she worked with us to list our current house, she had a photographer come out, and she made the process smooth. We had a lot of showings due to her staging recommendations and received multiple offers. We sold for the price we wanted and purchased our new house for what we expected to get it for. She was honest about what she told us during the process, and she made sure we understood what was going on throughout the entire process. My family is thankful to her, and will definitely use her services again!

I truly cherish my buying experience of my new home with Neidre, as she ensured my questions were answered, even those I never thought about.
