Actually, Jennifer helped us with the purchase of our new home and then assisted in helping us listing and selling our previous home. We had not sold a home in 30 years, but Jennifer walked us through every step we needed to follow , not only and helping us understand what we needed to prepare our home for selling, but also helping us once we got a contract in negotiations, and then working with bit of a difficult to please buyer. We can’t say enough about Jennifer Clark and the assistance she can bring to any buyer or seller of a property. It is my understanding that she also can assist someone in renting their property, and I’m sure that she does a professional job of that as well.

I'm not one to write reviews, good or bad, about anyone, but I want to give a special recommendation to Ms. Danaisy Woods (my favorite realtor) and also share this with everyone who is currently thinking about embarking on the difficult and tedious process of buying their future home. Thank God we were lucky enough to find her because she was our guardian angel throughout the entire process, and I confess I didn't make it easy for her because I'm a bit stubborn and distrustful. Out there, everyone just wants your money, and after the closing, they don't care if you have to sell the house because you can't afford it due to not receiving the right advice. Anne was fabulous from start to finish. Knowing we were moving across state lines she was in constant contact with us. Flexible in setting aside days to take us looking in the area we choose. Once we had a contract on our new home, Anne was on top of it all. Not only did she get us the best deal, but she also kept us in the loop of all things happening. Anne also assisted our realtor who sold our home. The plan is for our new home to be our forever home, should we decide to move again there's no doubt in my mind who I'll be calling.

Jennifer was an excellent negotiator, followed our speed to move quickly in both the selling of our old home and buying of new home to accommodate our timeline, she was very quick but thorough in preparing counter offers answering questions, etc.
