While vacationing in Florida, we loved the area so much that we decided to buy a home. We were only going to be in town for a few more days. We didn't have a realtor but heard good things about the Wells group from a family member of ours in the area. Michelle worked tirelessly to find us a home in a very short period of time. She worked around our schedule and was able to find us a beautiful home which we secured before we left. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone!

Michele was a pleasure to work with. She had my home under contract within days! She guided me through every step of selling my home. I was under tremendous stress after my mother passed away and I was forced to sell. Michele was very patient and responsive to all of my texts and calls and helped me through the entire process. Thank you Michele for all the support you gave me and I look forward to working with you again when I return to Florida to purchase my final forever home!

Michele listened to what we were seeking in a home, our price point and strived to provide us every opportunity to view prospective homes via virtual walk throughs. There were a few homes we really liked but Michele's knowledge of the location of these homes were not areas we desired. She was honest and candid about the location, neighborhoods and community which we really appreciated since we were moving in to a community we knew NOTHING about. Even when Michele had a devasting event occurr in her life, her staff continued giving us the service and input that we had received from Michele. NEVER did we feel that we were being rushed to make decisions and she always made us feel like we were the only client she had! We ARE EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with Michele and her staff and will GLADLY refer others to her! Thank You Michele for making our Florida home dreams come true!
