Her knowledge and experience, taking into consideration not only the offering prices but also all the key contract terms of the offerings, helped us to navigate through them and “weed out” those that did not ultimately have our best interests in mind. Her communications with us were outstanding--always timely and complete with the pertinent information we needed to know. And that included immediate feedback on all completed showings of our house—whether by voice communication, text messaging, and/or her formatted emails providing key feedback from the buying agent. Whenever we had an inquiry, she was timely and attentive. She made us feel as though she was working exclusively for us. From the outset of our relationship, we were experiencing ultimate professionalism. The photography work for our listing was most outstanding. And that is not the result of simply the photographer’s ability; it was Amani’s “choreographing” the desired results by rearranging some things as she thought necessary to show the home in the best possible way. Of all the times we have moved and sold our homes—and there were many—I never felt that our real estate agent had earned their contracted commission. Amani was the first exception—she earned and deserved every bit of the commission.
