Gerard told me where I need to be price wise with my house without giving it away. And my house wasn’t on the market that long four days and it was sold. I like the fact that he was very honest. If I ever sold another house again, Gerard would be my agent.

Gerard is extremely outgoing, knowledgeable, and has a tremendous work ethic. He always kept me updated on anything pertaining to selling the house even when he was on vacation ,on a cruise! He answered all my questions nd helped in any way possible. I now consider him to be a wonderful friend and would recommend him to anyone I know.

We were in search of a home in a particular community. Gerard pointed other communities, but we focused on this one community. If we had any inkling that it was to our liking he would show us, reviewing all pros and cons to the home, as per our needs and wants. Finally, he would always follow up on questions on the property that were not readily available. We put him to work for a long time, but we were successful in finding the right home for us. I have and will continue to recommend Gerard to others interested in buying or selling a home. He worked above and beyond to help us find the perfect home.
