I was amazed that there were 30 requests for appointments to view the home right after it was listed. More amazing was the fact that there were 5 people interested in purchasing the house after viewing the house. Finally, the house sold within 2 1/2 months after being put on the market for more than the listed amount. Job well done.

If they did not know, they had a recommendation and that was helpful. They excessed my expectations and was very happy with the end results.
