Dedicated and responds quickly at all hours of the day and evening.
We started purchasing one condo that fell out of escrow. We were quickly back into escrow with our second choice and closed on the unit in just over three weeks. Scott was quick to respond at all hours. We bought the unit "as is" but still had a home inspection. The HVAC was faulty and Scott negotiated an escrow credit to have it replaced. A very smooth and quick transaction and would definitely use him again.
