Darrell Kimura and David Sur provided me with excellent service and knowledge about the current housing market. They kept me apprised of each step that was required to sell a home. I was amazed that there were 30 requests for appointments to view the home right after it was listed. More amazing was the fact that there were 5 people interested in purchasing the house after viewing the house. Finally, the house sold within 2 1/2 months after being put on the market for more than the listed amount. Job well done.

Leila was amazing to work with! She's super professional, really dedicated, and definitely knows how to negotiate. We had a few bumps along the way (mostly because we were a bit picky!) , but she handled everything like a pro and made it all happen in the end!
