I was amazed that there were 30 requests for appointments to view the home right after it was listed. More amazing was the fact that there were 5 people interested in purchasing the house after viewing the house. Finally, the house sold within 2 1/2 months after being put on the market for more than the listed amount. Job well done.

I had questions about everything because we were buying a house and selling my mother's house and they made it easy for me. They were always there to help and answer any questions. If they did not know, they had a recommendation and that was helpful. They excessed my expectations and was very happy with the end results. The buyer for my mother's home was going back and forth on some issues, but Darrell resolved them and he even cleaned my mother's home before the buyers moved in - that is going above and beyond! First and foremost, Pedro is genuinely a good and ethical person. His deep knowledge of the market became evident as we considered houses in different neighborhoods of Oahu. His reputation came shining through as he was able to call on short notice the assistance of various contractors to assess potential house repairs. There was never a call that went unanswered nor a concern unaddressed. Unlike most people that move to Hawaii, our move was self financed. While we never brought that up, he was mindful of it every step of the way. He suggested that we inquire about Senior citizens discount from the escrow company which resulted in a $1,000 saving to us. No doubt he is our go to person for our real estate needs.
