We met Lectie in March 2026 before our official move to Hawaii. My husband was traveling back and forth for work, and while we initially wanted to buy, the timing felt too overwhelming since we still had a home to sell in Arizona. Lectie never rushed us. Instead, she pivoted seamlessly and helped us secure a rental for my husband's early transition—a massive feat considering how difficult it is to find pet-friendly rentals here for our dog. Once the kids and I joined him in May after the school year ended, we were ready to look for a permanent home. We explored both existing houses and new builds in Ho'opili. We initially felt discouraged after learning that people camp out for new builds. However, in July, we got a call that a flagship lot had unexpectedly fallen through. Thanks to Lectie’s readiness, we acted fast and secured it! We closed in September, and Lectie kept us informed and reassured every single step of the way. We truly believe that without her expertise and support by our side, we wouldn't own the amazing lot we have today.
