Lori was very familiar with our condo complex and with our condo itself as she was also our short-term vacation rental agent. Based on lots of direct experience, she had a keen knowledge and feeling for the real estate market in the Poipu resort area on the south coast of the island of Kauai, Hawaii. She helped us enormously when determining the listing price. This helped us get a top sales price, at the time, for our sized unit in our condo complex. A big part of determining our listing price was a firm belief that we had a top-notch furnished product to sell, with a great layout, with great ocean views, and was located in an excellent condo complex. Lori correctly spotted a very interested prospective buyer at the very first open house. She was skilled in marketing the property with just the right amount of helpful information and selling points, and she did offer and hold many additional showings to essentially lock in the buyer.
