11 real estate offices in Poipu

When my wife and I began looking for our forever home in Kauai in the spring of 2025 I did some research and read many reviews of Real Estate Agents operating on the south shore. Contacting Dani was the best decision we could have made. Dani is understanding, professional, patient, and works extremely hard to ensure she is providing the best service. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable about the market on Kauai or more experienced in what it takes to purchase a home in such a challenging environment. It took almost a year to sell our house on the mainland before we were able to make an offer on our forever home, a condo in Poipu, but Dani stayed with us and kept in constant communication. When we were ready to do a house hunting trip Dani showed us what we wanted to see and helped us stay within what we wanted to spend. She has such a great attitude and keeps the BS out of the process. We put our trust in her and it was well deserved. I would recommend Dani to anyone buying or selling on Kauai. She is amazing and we are fortunate to have picked her to represent us.

Lori is a true professional with deep understanding of the real estate market. She is responsive and dedicated to helping us sell our home. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile are unsurpassed. She’s the only one I would trust with handling the sale of our home.

Lori is excellent in every way - communicating, knowledge, dedication, responsiveness and more. She was on top of all the details and made the whole process of buying and selling much less stressful.
