5 real estate offices in Koloa

We had the pleasure to work with Haunani and Poncho Sullivan on the purchase of our new home. The home was being sold with an as is addendum, and they went out of their way to find the right contractors and experts to help me understand what was getting into. Great customer service and support. Attention to detail. They have earned our business. Thank you!

I asked Dani to co-list a Poipu Oceanfront home in order to take advantage of her knowledge, social media skills, and personality. Dani is a second-generation Realtor and understands the contractual issues, marketing requirements, and listing presentations needed to gain credibility in the luxury market. She is connected and experienced with all social media, including Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Her personality, writing, and organizational skills, along with her administrative assistant/son, Kirkham Dooley, make her one of the top producers in RE and the best co-lister I have known. I will miss our professional and personal visits, with the transfer of her license to Hawaii Life, Bottom line: DANI DOOLEY ROCKS KAUAI REAL ESTATE.

We are so grateful to have had such an amazing real estate agent by our side. For over a year, Dani patiently took the time to show us property after property, always listening to what we were looking for and never making us feel rushed. Then, the perfect piece of land finally came along—and the moment we saw it, we just knew it was meant to be. Her patience, dedication, and genuine care made the entire journey so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find the place where our next chapter will begin. We are truly grateful for everything Dani did for us!
