Lynda returned my first phone call about five years ago and gave close to an hour of her time answering our "condo" questions. She encourage me to follow her blog (an excellent resource that I also highly recommend). Last summer, and many emails later, we got serious and Lynda went to work for us. Her knowledge of Kauai's properties and trends is amazing. Her advice and suggestions were spot on and we had an offer accepted in only six weeks! (And we didn't have a boatload of cash.) Once accepted, Lynda's expertise really shined; no detail was overlooked and every concern was dealt with quickly and favorably for us. We simply cannot praise her work and efforts highly enough. We purchased a condo at Kiahuna Plantation in July of 2021. My wife and I had discussed potentially buying in the past with Lynda, but choose not to. This year, with Lynda's guidance on what we were really looking for, we made a list of those items and also sent her a listing of unit numbers that we would be interested in. Within 3-4 days of sending the listing, she informed us of a new listing that was right in the area we most desired. The rest is history as we made an offer and was accepted after being on the market for 1 day. As we took our first look at the property and later with a house inspection team, you could tell she was very familiar with the property in general. Lynda was always open for questions and guidance. Voice messages left were always returned in a timely manner; emails were as well. It didn't take long for us to put our complete trust in her. And we feel Lynda is a very ethical and detailed person.But this helpfulness didn't end at the closing. It's been there since we began discussing the possibility of purchasing a condo, thru the closing period (so much paperwork), and has continued since the closing in mid-August.We have lived in 4 different houses in our home state of Iowa dealing with three different realtors. One was exceptional. But we believe Lynda is above exceptional in all that she has done for us. Maybe it's because of all the paperwork or maybe it's the Hawaiian weather! Regardless, we would highly recommend Lynda to anyone else and I'm sure we will use her again if the need arises.
