DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING SOLD TO; I cannot stress this enough, he would point out flaws in houses he thought myself or my partner specifically wouldn’t like (he really paid attention to our preferences!) and would encourage us not to waste our time (not in a rushing us way, I mean he wasn’t trying to trick us into the wrong deal so he could get a quick buck). He was instrumental and highly knowledgeable about the inspection and negotiation too, the latter I hoped for, the prior I was pleasantly surprised by. His referrals were all gems. I interviewed so many agents cuz I’m very particular. Save yourself the hassle and choose Scott!
