We had a wonderful experience buying our first home with Scott. Scott is responsive throughout the process, maintains strong knowledge about home-buying in Western Massachusetts (and elsewhere for that matter), and is prepared, proactive, and dedicated to his clients. Throughout the process, we never felt pressured and instead had a truly delightful time learning about and exploring homes (and finally closing on our home). Scott was recommended to us by friends who had relocated to the Pioneer Valley from out of state, as we sought to do. He was extremely accommodating and willing to work with us to see properties virtually and in person, and to stick with us over the nine months that it took us to find our dream home. As a longtime resident of the area, he was able to answer many of our questions and when he couldn't, he referred us to those who could. Hoping not to move again anytime soon, but we highly recommend him if you are!

Extremely responsive, highly knowledgeable, not afraid to be direct and clear. DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING SOLD TO; I cannot stress this enough, he would point out flaws in houses he thought myself or my partner specifically wouldn’t like (he really paid attention to our preferences!) and would encourage us not to waste our time (not in a rushing us way, I mean he wasn’t trying to trick us into the wrong deal so he could get a quick buck). He was instrumental and highly knowledgeable about the inspection and negotiation too, the latter I hoped for, the prior I was pleasantly surprised by. His referrals were all gems. I interviewed so many agents cuz I’m very particular. Save yourself the hassle and choose Scott!

Scott was super helpful in navigating a purchase process with a particularly difficult seller and a tight timeline. He was savvy in the navigation of negotiations and walked us (young first time homebuyers) through the process in a way that was reassuring and clear.

I have had four buy/sell transactions with Scott. He anticipates my concerns, is just naturally empathetic. I almost don't have to tell him anything! He's a great communicator on both sides, as I have used him as both a buying and a selling agent. I couldn't give him higher praise.
