Muhammad was our realtor when we bought our condo in 2021. He did such an incredible job for us that when we decided to relocate, we were certain that we wanted him again as our realtor. Muhammad is very knowledgeable in both the buying and selling aspects of real estate transactions. He met with us to discuss how to proceed with the purchase/sale of our condo, always including us in the decisions made. He was available to keep us updated in the process and to answer any questions we had. He is professional, thorough, supportive and just a real nice person to work with. We had already relocated when our condo went on the market, and Muhammad physically was present at the condo when we could not be there. His strategies to protect our interests—both when we bought and when we sold—were successful in achieving our desired conclusions. I recommend him to any buyer or seller. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Leanne. Being first time homebuyers we were so very nervous, overwhelmed, and felt incapable. Leanne met us with such warmth, support, and depth of knowledge that it all finally felt doable! We are about to close on our first home and I am so grateful Leanne will be by our side. As a first time homebuyer.......the process of buying a house can be overwhelming as you don't know where to start. I feel like we hit the lottery finding Leanne to be our agent as she helped us find our dream home in such a short period of time. Her knowledge of the area (we were all over the place) was helpful as she would be able to tell you all the local hot spots no matter what town you were looking in. Leanne worked at our pace and did not try to push us into doing anything that was not in our original plan. Email, phone or text, Leanne makes herself available and got back to us most of the time in just a few minutes. We will be sad we will not be in contact with her on a daily basis moving forward but can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy out in Western Mass. First Time Homebuyers................reach out to her asap. I can't say enough good things about Leanne and the Rovi team as it has been a pleasure using them to find out home. We met Abdullah at an open house, and while we ultimately weren't interested in that property, Abdullah went above and beyond to help us find the home that was right for us. He was knowledgeable not only about the process of home buying but also the properties available in the area. Abdullah was a helpful and there for us as we were buying our first house during the government shut down. No one expected the shutdown to be an issue but when the sellers were in the military and couldn’t leave he kept and open flow of communication with both us and the sellers agent so we could all stay as informed as possible.

Our experience with Abdullah was very professional. The condo sale went very smooth. We had an excellent open house and that was why we had a quick sale and flawless closing.
