I've now used Linda as my realtor to buy, sell and buy again over the course of 7 or 8 years and I will recommend her to absolutely everyone forever. She really goes above and beyond for her clients and I really trust her knowledge and experience. We had an interesting situation with the seller asking us cover a big appraisal gap which was really not sitting well with Linda, so she slept on it and came to us first thing the next morning with a solution that was a win-win for all parties involved. We were able to get a house that checks all our boxes, and negotiated it down to very little over asking price, in a time when a lot of houses in this price range are going well over asking. I trust that I'm in excellent hands, and she truly makes all her clients feel like family! Hope I don't have to sell & buy again any time soon but if I do, I know who I'm calling :)

Danielle is so attentive to needs and helps along the search process with very realistic advice. She is patient and extremely prompt in responding to questions and inquiry. Danielle makes herself very available through the entire process and her knowledge of her local area really helps move things in the right directions.
