I decided to relocate after living over 30 years in the same area, to an area of the state for which I had little knowledge. We had some issues with the type of loan we could get. It wasn’t originally accepted. Looked at a couple other homes and ran him all over. By miracle we tried a second offer on this home and it came through. Patience became a blessing !
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Azik! The buyer's original home didn't pass inspection and Azik immediately lined up several open houses to get the buyer into a new home as soon as possible.
