Scott was there for us from before the listing to after the closing - making sure the way forward was smooth and as effortless as possible. He thought of things before we - or the lawyers - even thought of things that needed to be handled. We can't thank him enough, and you would be lucky to have him represent you.

Scott went out of his way to ensure we were getting what we asked for and he treated us like family! I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating, knowledgeable, and honest realtor! When or if we should decide to relocate, Scott will be our first call.

Rhiannon was amazing to work with throughout the entire home buying process. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help answer questions along the way. She made the process feel much easier and less stressful, and I truly appreciated her guidance and support. I would highly recommend Rhiannon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I talked to Lisa Palumbo off and on for several years about possibly selling my two-family rental in Northampton, MA. When I finally decided I was ready she was the obvious choice to list it. I decided to sell quite suddenly and she was able to jump in and list the house within a very quick timeframe. I live over two hours away from the property I was selling. There was quite a lot of prep that needed to be done to the building,- some repairs, arranging for various inspections, clearing out debris, doing a final clean-up of the yard and so on. Lisa lined up all the work that needed to be done using her extensive network of reasonably priced contractors. She found me an excellent, and again reasonably priced, attorney who was extremely helpful in dealing with the tenants as well as the closing. Both apartments were rented and the tenants were shocked that I was selling. Lisa did an amazing job working respectfully with the tenants, giving them very clear and timely notice when she or a contractor needed access to the apartment, helping them look for new living situations, and acting as go-between for me when necessary. Her showings yielded useful information which she shared with me. She worked well with the buyers' realtor and negotiated a very good sale price for me when issues arose with the inspection. Lisa is proactive, tells it like it is, is quick to answer all communication and is really enjoyable to work with. I recommend her highly.

Justine has brought us home twice! Six years ago she helped us find a home as we moved from Illinois to Belchertown. Two weeks ago she both sold our home (in 3 days) and helped us buy another home in a nearby community. Justine is a good listener, patient, calm and kind. She notices details, points out areas of concern in potential homes and gives good advice. She responds immediately and is so knowledgeable that she answered every question we had. Justine earned our trust by being reliable, honest, reassuring and available. We truly felt like we had a caring partner who would show us the way forward! Moving is never easy, but Justine loves what she does and she does her work well! Working with her has truly been a gift!
