Erin Kummet was our realtor for the sale of our house on Remembrance Trace and she did and does an outstanding job. She told us what to update and what home buyers are looking for in today's market. She helped us stage the house to make it shine in the photographs. She generated a lot of buzz and foot traffic for potential buyers even during the Holiday Season. She was extremely responsive to us as the Sellers and to all potential Buyers who even commented and wrote reviews on that aspect. She knew who to contact when any issues arose during negotiations. And last, but not least, she got us our full asking price. Throughout the whole process she kept her positive and cheerful attitude that was a blessing! Thank you, Erin, for being such a great realtor!

We do not speak and write English. And this agent helped us with all the required documents and explained in detail until we understood the contracts and the process in purchasing our Dream property. And also he is a very patient and very kind agent who worked with his heart for his clients. The only things we need to achieve our Dream Home is, as we understood the process, we just put a signature in the contract. Wonderful agent!!!!
