I could not have been more thrilled with my experience working with Tracy. She knows the market very well, and did an incredible job staging, showing, and selling our home. She is very communicative, giving clear reasoning for her ideas on how to price and what to accept in negotiations. I feel great about how long our house took to sell, and the final price we settled on.

Tracy and Steve were insightful and always ready to provide helpful feedback as we began to get my mother's house ready to sell. They had professionals ready when we needed repairs, updates, etc. and it made the process a lot easier. They were patient but ready to move forward, as we navigated the loss of our mother during the process and then clearing out the house. We were pleased with the offers we received.

We were selling our house while living abroad. Tracy was great about communicating with us not only what was going on with the house, but also the market overall, letting us know when we needed to hurry and when we could relax. I know our situation added extra stressors, but she was great and working with us and find solutions. What was most impressive was her ability to stick to the timeline she gave us. She picked the perfect moment to put it on the market and she got it under contract quickly! Our house is weird and I expected it to be hard to sell, but she knew exactly how to market it to make the right people take an interest.

Steve was simply the best. Always responsive and a lifesaver getting our place ready to sell. We were able to sell quickly and over our asking price. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Steve Cannon knows what he's doing. He gave us great insights into the house-buying process and has a good knowledge of neighborhood trends. He steered us to a house we first thought was out of our budget, but with his negotiating skills he helped us bring it down into our range. Highly recommend him!

Steve was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the start, he listened and understood our needs and wants. Nobody knows the neighborhood better than Steve and his wife, Tracy. When we went to tour houses, Steve was great as asking the right questions to get us thinking about how we would fit in a particular house. In negotiations, Steve was savvy, and very responsive. We ended up with a deal we were very happy with, and he was a tremendous asset in negotiating during due diligence. I cannot recommend him enough.
