Steve Cannon knows what he's doing. He gave us great insights into the house-buying process and has a good knowledge of neighborhood trends. He steered us to a house we first thought was out of our budget, but with his negotiating skills he helped us bring it down into our range. Highly recommend him!
Steve was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the start, he listened and understood our needs and wants. Nobody knows the neighborhood better than Steve and his wife, Tracy. When we went to tour houses, Steve was great as asking the right questions to get us thinking about how we would fit in a particular house. In negotiations, Steve was savvy, and very responsive. We ended up with a deal we were very happy with, and he was a tremendous asset in negotiating during due diligence. I cannot recommend him enough.

I am a little biased because not only is Steve Cannon my real estate agent but we are also close personal friends and our sons are roommates in college.
