I am a little biased because not only is Steve Cannon my real estate agent but we are also close personal friends and our sons are roommates in college. I have had three transactions with Steve now, selling two properties and buying one property. Steve definitely goes above and beyond not only with the transaction but helping move furniture, coordinating with HOA's, marketing properties, knowing the market and especially in communication between all parties involved. I highly recommend using Steve Cannon to sell or purchase your next property!

Robin was unbelievable. She was available with either a call or a text or an email to answer so many questions I had. She helped me wire my money to the closing attorney for the down payment she came to my house to help me wire the money for the cost of the property I was buying. All along I had questions and she answered the mall and got back to me very promptly. She’s amazing. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Tracy was the absolute best to work with when it came to finding our home! She communicated every little detail with us so we could confidently make our decisions. she made the home buying process easy and fun!
