He steered us to a house we first thought was out of our budget, but with his negotiating skills he helped us bring it down into our range. Highly recommend him!

When we went to tour houses, Steve was great as asking the right questions to get us thinking about how we would fit in a particular house. In negotiations, Steve was savvy, and very responsive. We ended up with a deal we were very happy with, and he was a tremendous asset in negotiating during due diligence. I cannot recommend him enough.
